DOVER — Three teenagers have been arrested by Dover police and charged for their alleged roles in a double-shooting incident that took place in Capitol Green on Friday.
Dover Police Department spokesman Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said the teens were arrested Saturday after the suspected vehicle involved in the shooting, described as a white Buick Rendezvous, was located at a residence in the nearby Capitol Park neighborhood.
Eugene Riley, 18, from Houston, Jamal Jones, 17, of Dover, and Charles Livingston, 16, of Leipsic, were all taken into custody without incident by Dover police.
“For our officers to be able to locate the vehicle, it was a nice little find,” Master Cpl. Hoffman said. “You never know what to expect with these kinds of investigations. It all depends on the cooperation level you receive.”

The three suspects are facing numerous charges for Friday’s shooting incident that left two brothers from Magnolia wounded in an alley between Sussex Avenue and Collins Drive.
Master Cpl. Hoffman said the victims are both in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries,
Mr. Riley and the Jones teen were both charged with two counts of first-degree assault, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of firearm by a person prohibited, wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony, second-degree conspiracy and receiving stolen property (suspect vehicle).

Mr. Riley teen was committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in Smyrna while the Jones teen was taken to the Stevenson House Detention Center in Milford. Both are being held on $199,000 cash bond.
The Livingston teen was charged with possession of a firearm by a person prohibited and receiving stolen property (the vehicle). He was released on $13,000 unsecured bond.
