DOVER — Three men were indicted last week regarding a traffic stop on Sept. 27 on Leipsic Road in Dover that allegedly recovered heroin and two loaded handguns.
Hakeem Gibson, 21 at the time of arrest, was charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition by person prohibited, possession of drug paraphernalia, drug dealing, second-degree conspiracy and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
Corey O. Harris, 21, was charged with possession of firearm by person prohibited, drug dealing, carrying a concealed weapon, second-degree conspiracy, illegal possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Driver Jamel Littlepage, 22, was charged with drug dealing, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, second-degree reckless endangering, possession of firearm by person prohibited, illegal possession of controlled substance, second-degree conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Three men were indicted after an alleged robbery of a Papa John’s Pizza driver near Camden on Sept. 9.
Ethan H. Peterson, 25, of Bowers Beach, Austin L. Gruwell, 20, of Magnolia and Ryan S. King, 23, of Magnolia, are facing first-degree robbery, second-degree robbery and theft counts.

• An alleged hand to hand drug transaction witnessed by an off-duty Smyrna Police officer on Sept. 10 in the Glenwood Plaza shopping Center brought the arrests of Kyah Hall, 21, of Philadelphia and Jayme Turner, 22, of Smyrna. Charges include drug dealing, second-degree conspiracy, illegal possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Daniel J. Dilmore, 48, Clinton May, 49, and Diane R. Hawkins, 35, were indicted after investigation into alleged methamphetamine making in the Felton area near Reeves Crossing Road on Sept. 28. Charges included operating or attempting to operate a clandestine lab and second-degree conspiracy.
• Robert Harding, 22, was indicted on six counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and drug dealing or marijuana after an arrest in the Felton area near Reeves Crossing Road on Sept. 28.
• Alyssa Tosson, 32, was charged with aggravated possession of heroin, among other counts, after an Aug. 29 arrest at the Kent Budge Motel in Dover.
Other indicted counts included drug dealing, second-degree conspiracy, illegal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana.
• Devon G. Walker and Roman Wiltbank, both 20-year-old Dover residents, were charged with aggravated possession, drug dealing, second-degree conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia regarding an Oct. 9 traffic stop on Del. 1 near the Dover toll plaza.
• Jessica Elvey, 26, and Richard Butcher, 39, both of Smyrna, were indicted after a nearly yearlong drug investigation by Smyrna Police. Indicted charges included drug dealing of heroin, aggravated possession, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, receiving a stolen firearm, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mr. Butcher was also charged as a person prohibited regarding a .45 caliber handgun.
• Anthony Cadiz, 25, was indicted on nine counts connected to a car stop on Oct. 6 on U.S. 13 near Walnut Shade Road in Felton.
Charges included possession of a firearm and ammunition by person prohibited, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, receiving a stolen firearm, illegal possession of a controlled substance – heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on the wrong side of the roadway.
