DOVER — It appears as if the groundwork is about to begin for the construction of a Panera Bread restaurant during a meeting of the Development Advisory Committee at 10 this morning in the City Hall Conference Room.
The restaurant has submitted a site development plan application to the city to permit construction of a 4,986-square-foot restaurant on a 36,848-square-foot pad site at the Capital Commons development, which currently includes Burlington and Big Lots.
The property is located on the east side of North DuPont Highway north of Townsend Boulevard.
