The mobile education center was open Wednesday morning at the Terry Campus in Dover before it, too, headed south. The opening ceremony in Georgetown will be at 4 p.m. today.
The wall and center honors more than 3 million Americans who served in the U.S. Armed Forces during the Vietnam War. The wall bears the names of the more than 58,000 men and women who died.
