HARRINGTON — The Delaware State Fair kicks off its 10-day run on Thursday, July 23, at the Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington.

Crews were on the fairgrounds Tuesday morning setting up Wade Shows rides, tents, displays and more.

Weather forecasts for the start of 96th annual state fair call for sunny skies and highs in the mid-80s.
