DOVER — Four persons, including a 14-year-old female allegedly found with a loaded .22 caliber revolver and eight-inch knife, were arrested following a Tuesday afternoon traffic stop, police said.

The Dover Police Department said that its Street Crimes Unit made the stop at 1:42 p.m. in the area of Fulton and New streets and could smell a strong odor of marijuana upon approaching the vehic1e.
The occupants were removed from the vehicle, police said, and officers allegedly located .1 grams of crack cocaine, remnants of marijuana, and paraphernalia.
Authorities alleged that Destiny Johnson, 14, of the 200 block of Cherry Drive in Magnolia, was found in possession of the revolver and knife. Charges included two counts of carrying a concealed deadly weapon, possession of deadly weapon by person prohibited, and second-degree conspiracy.
Speaking in general terms, Dover PD spokesman Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said, “It is a rare occurrence dealing with children this age with weapons, but it is not entirely uncommon as we have made a handful of arrests involving youth in possession of firearms.”
Jalen Soto, 22, of the 400 block of Northdown Drive in Dover, was charged with possession of deadly weapon by person prohibited, and second-degree conspiracy.
Tykisha Fullman, 29, of the 400 block of Sandbox Road in Harrington, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and local fugitive due to a capias.
Shakur Peck, 19, of Ann Avenue in Dover, was charged with possession of controlled substance without prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, and failure to remain stopped.
No bond information was immediately available, police said.
Five arrests yield guns, drugs
Dover PD said five arrests were made Wednesday afternoon, with drugs and firearms seized during a search warrant execution in the unit block of Ridgely Drive.

The action by the Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime, and Street units at 2 p.m. concluded what authorities described as a “lengthy drug investigation.”
According to police, a residential search allegedly located two firearms, one reported stolen, 71 doses of ecstasy, and a small amount of marijuana.
Police said Jessie Delaney, 35, of the 300 block of Frear Drive in Dover, was charged with a parole violation out of New York and held without bond at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center near Smyrna.
Durell Patton, 37, of the 900 block of Woodcrest Drive in Dover, was charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by person prohibited, possession of ammunition by person prohibited, second-degree conspiracy, receiving a stolen firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held at JTVCC in lieu of $30,000 secured bond.
Raymond Grier, 38, of the 300 block of Frear Drive in Dover, was charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by person prohibited, possession of ammunition by person prohibited, second-degree conspiracy, and receiving a stolen firearm. He was taken to JTVCC on a $30,000 secured bond.
Fatou Small, 37, of the 800 block of Bacon Avenue in Dover, was charged with possession of Tier 5 ecstasy, possession with intent to deliver ecstasy, possession of ammunition by person prohibited, second-degree conspiracy, and receiving a stolen firearm. He was held at JTVCC on a $40,501 secured bond.
Antonio Kiser, 45, of the 800 block of Slaughter Beach Road in Milford, was found to have six capiases, police said.
