DOVER — Two Dover men were indicted on Monday regarding investigation into two alleged robberies in December 2015, according to court papers.
David M. Surette, of the 500 block of Crawford Avenue, and Arturo Rosa, of the first block of Mitscher Road, were indicted on separate cases on Dec. 10 and 11 in the Dover and Harrington areas, authorities said.
According to the Harrington Police Department, a Valero in the 17000 block of South DuPont Highway allegedly was robbed at gunpoint on Dec. 11, and the Delaware State Police investigated a similar alleged incident at a business in the 3000 block of North DuPont Highway in Dover the previous day.
Mr. Surette and Mr. Rosa both were indicted on two counts each of first-degree robbery, wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony, and second-degree conspiracy.
Deputy Attorney General Marie Graham represented the state in seeking the indictment from a Kent County grand jury.
