DOVER — Dover’s downtown jewelry store since 1921 has locked its doors and covered its windows.
Shoppers arriving at Forney’s Jewelers Monday found a notice posted on the West Loockerman Street door announcing it had closed, effective Jan. 1.
Messages left at the number posted seeking more information were not returned.
