DOVER — A Frederica man is facing two felony first-degree robbery counts after indictment by a Kent County Grand Jury earlier this week.
Justin R. Magaha, presumed innocent unless proven guilty, was indicted in connection to alleged incidents on Sept. 28 and Oct. 2, according to court papers.
He was also charged with a misdemeanor theft count.
Mr. Magaha was 31 at the time he was taken into custody by Harrington Police Department and Delaware State Police detectives, authorities said on Oct. 6.
He was apprehended without incident at his residence, police said.
According to Harrington PD, a Dunkin Donuts was allegedly robbed, along with another incident in state police jurisdiction.
Mr. Magaha was initially held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center near Smyrna in lieu of cash bond, police said.
