MAGNOLIA – St. Thomas More will now host a doubleheader in the first round of the volleyball state tournament after the DIAA made some schedule changes on Monday.
In the two opening-round games now being played on Thursday at St. Thomas More, No. 14 Delmarva Christian (8-6) will face No. 19 Sanford (8-7) at 6 p.m. with the 13th-seeded Ravens (11-4) then hosting No. 20 Brandywine in the 7 p.m. contest.
Single matches will now be played at Tower Hill where the Hillers host Newark Charter at 6 p.m. and at Wilmington Charter, where the Force host Concord at 6 p.m.
